Foulée on Garmin

Your Garmin moves your streak forward in two ways: through Health, with nothing to install on the watch, and with Foulée's Connect IQ app, which puts your streak on your wrist.

The Connect IQ app

• At a glance: your streak and today's minutes against your goal, without opening the app.
• Home: your streak, your steps and your minutes against your goals, your kilometers and your calories.
• Start: start a walk or a run from the watch. Time, distance, pace, heart rate, and a buzz at each kilometer. On watches with maps, a page follows your route.
• Pause: resume, save or discard your session.
• Log a glass: a glass of water logged from the watch, which the iPhone writes to Health.
• Your streak on your watch face: as a complication, on the watch faces that take them, Face It included.

With your iPhone

At the end of a session, the watch sends its summary and your route to the iPhone. If it's out of range, the watch keeps them and tries again. During the session, the iPhone follows it and can stop it.

The iPhone sends your streak and your goals to the watch. Your Garmin intensity minutes count toward your streak, without being counted twice.

Without the app: the sync with Health

Garmin Connect writes your steps, distance, activities and water to Health, where Foulée reads them. It all happens on your iPhone: Foulée never talks to Garmin's servers.

Two things to know. Garmin Connect has to be open to send your data. And a walk only counts as minutes if your watch recorded it as an activity.
