Your workout on your wrist
The watch's home screen shows your streak, today's counters and your water. The Start button stays at the bottom of the screen: no need to scroll to get going.
- Walk or run: Foulée recognizes what you're doing. If you switch from one to the other, the watch opens a new session, like the Workout app. Health keeps a walk and a run, not one mislabeled outing.
- During the workout: time, distance, pace and heart rate.
- At each kilometer: a tap on your wrist, and the kilometer you just finished shows up.
- Everything a swipe away: pause and stop on one side, music on the other, then your route on a map and your day, with your water.
Find it on your iPhone
A workout started on the watch shows up on the iPhone: the numbers, and the route on a map once GPS has a fix. The iPhone tells you how old each number is rather than pretending to be live.
The other way round works too. Start your workout on the iPhone: the watch shows the numbers, the route, and the pause and stop buttons. The iPhone saves it as a single session. Meanwhile, a Live Activity keeps the essentials on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
On your watch face
Three complications, round, rectangular or on one line:
- Streak
- The number of days in a row you've moved.
- Stat
- One of today's figures, your pick: steps, activity, distance or calories.
- Hydration
- The water you've had today, against your goal.
What you need
An Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later, and an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Foulée is free and needs no account: your data stays on your watch, your iPhone and in Health.
